Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Below are our general timeframes:
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Large furniture items such as sofas may require additional handling time.

Q: My tracking number isn't working yet. What should I do?
A: It may take up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active. Please try again later.
Q: My order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?
A: Please check around your delivery address and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us right away and we will investigate with the carrier.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible at service@xanderohome.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
