Refund Policy

At Xandero Home Inc, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage, Xandero Home Inc will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Rejected returns (items that do not meet eligibility requirements) will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
