At Xandero Home Inc, we are committed to delivering your new sofa safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
Free Shipping on All Orders
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required. Your sofa will be delivered right to your door at no extra cost.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, please allow the following estimated delivery timeframes:
- Domestic (United States): 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier availability, high-demand periods, or other factors outside our control. Large furniture items such as sofas may require additional handling time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
All shipments are insured. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier promptly. We are here to make sure your order reaches you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Xandero Home Inc is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at service@xanderohome.com — we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
